I began to dream of creating the perfect atmosphere under a gabled roof in a country village…

They say there are no accidents in life, and, well, you never know … I heard about this tiny village in Québec while traveling in New Zealand… It was as if a little piece of home had called to me from the other side of the world… So it just felt right when I arrived, unpacked my bags and settled in…

In the heart of the Eastern Townships, like a budding fern, an idea sprouted, grew tall and gradually unfurled itself…
